About Me
Hi! My name is John Merker and I am your local representative for College Works Painting. I was born in Naperville, IL near Chicago and grew up in the St. Louis, MO area with my parents who are both very successful in the business world. I hope to someday be just like them, starting with the skills that I am gaining through this internship. Growing up, I first wanted to work at a pet store, then I aspired to be a cartoonist, and finally I settled on the decision to pursue a career in accounting, which led me to the University of Kansas where I am currently studying. I am now a sophomore at KU and looking forward to the experience that College Works will allow me to attain along with the doors it will open for me in the future.
